Happy New Years eve!

Looking forward to seeing some of you on January 2 for the FREE Worthy Wins in 2026 Workshop!

BUT… even if you can’t make the workshop, I want to give you one simple way to win where it matters most next year.

The week before Christmas my friend and former NFL linebacker, Thomas Williams, asked me to jump on his mastermind group’s bi-weekly call to share some encouragement.

I only had thirty minutes to share, but afterwards, it was clear that the words had been impactful.

So, what was the framework that I shared?

I’ll give it more depth and context during Friday’s workshop, but here’s the starting point to getting Worthy Wins in 2026: relationship + intention + consistent actions.

To be clear, I’m not a big ‘formula’ guy. If success was as easy as knowing a formula, then everyone would be thriving. But I do believe in the power of clarity and simplicity to help drive action.

Identifying the most important relationships, the intentions we have for them, and the consistent actions that it will take to bring those intentions to life is the foundation of winning in those places.

If you want to get Worthy Wins in 2026, start there: one relationship + one intention for that relationship + a few consistent actions that will bring it to life.
